Here's some info I pulled straight off their website.

Brazos Valley Off Road Ranch was created to give the off road enthusiast a system of trails of varying difficulty to use in a safe and ecologically sound manner following the principles of tread lightly.

Trucks, Jeeps and Buggys: You may wheel the trail system by either showing up at one of the
Bryan College Station Chapter TX4WD.org meeting times which are open to the general public.

The general public is invited to attend the bimonthly meetings of the Bryan/College Station chapter of TX4WD which is held on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month @ 2:00pm @ BVORR. For specific dates and times see the "announcments" section. Also go to www.newforum.tx4wd.org for more information.

There is no charge to attend the meetings and the club in most cases goes wheeling after a short meeting. Donations which go toward the B/C-S Chapter of TX4WD are accepted and appreciated.
Another option to enter the park to wheel is to schedule an event for your club or group please see the section titled "how to schedule a trail run or event"
Motorcycles and ATV's: You may wheel the trail system by entering a race with texas Xtreme off road racing or show up at race day and participate in a "open ride" time. Otis the promoter of TexasXtreme off road racing has organized "open rides" at the end of his scheduled races. "open rides" are for those who want to run the course but not necessarily race. See the "announcements" section for motorcycle race dates. Please go to www.TexasXtremeoffroadracing.com for more information.

Brazos Valley Off-Road Ranch (BVORR) is approximately 300 acres located in Bryan/College Station, Texas. The site was formally owned and mined for gravel by Gifford Hill Corporation in the 1960's into the 1970's. Back then the regulatory agencies did not require land reclamation. The land has many pits and large hills (Bad Lands). In 1994, Steve Opersteny the current land owner began to work on purchasing the property from the company that bought out Gifford Hill as well as adjacent land owners with a vision that the former gravel pits or bad lands could be put to use as a off-road facility. Steve Opersteny enlisted the help of Jim Taylor the former president of the Bryan/College Station Chapter of The Texas Four Wheel Drive (TX4WD) Organization to begin to create a series of challenging trails on the property.

The park is currently open to the general public in conjuction with the scheduled meetings of the Bryan College Station chapter of the TX4WD Organization at 2:00 pm on the second and fourth Sunday of the month.
For general questions about park operations please contact Steve Opersteny, operstenys@hotmail.com, or #979-846-1592 between the hours of 7pm and 9pm.

We are located at: 6250 Hwy 47 Bryan, TX 77801

A future caravan ride is what I was gettin at. I'm not available till the end of august and any of the October dates should offer some excellent riding weather. Y'all start checking your calendars. It'd be cool to get a bunch of us up there.

Poll: 8/31, 10/5, or 10/26?

I should be there Saturday for at least the first half of the day. Depending on the kids and the heat, we're ready to ride again.
