Do you live in an apartment complex? If so and you park outside, you probably won't have the bike long enough to worry about it

Oh man dude, this sucks. I feel for you man. This is both funny, and not at the same time.

Hopefully you didn't run it very long after you over filled the engine with automobile oil. I'm pretty sure that oil will cause clutch slippage and knows what else, hopefully you can get it fixed.

True, but I bet it isn't the kind with "energy conserving additives" or whatever.

I know plenty of people that use Rotella.

I'm on the other side but you are only a few minutes away. PM if you ever need some help. First things first though, go get a repair manual. You can find them online. It will walk you through how to check and replace your oil and tell you what specific types of fluids you need. As long as you know how to read you will be able to do it with a manual. Just stick to that and pretty soon you'll know how to do all of the maintenance and can laugh at other people's mistakes instead of your own.

all of these guys are right.

until you have done a lot of reading and researching DO NOT TOUCH YOUR BIKE. Seriously. It's funny, but also really not funny.

There are a lot of really helpful people here, and on ninjette/250 forums who will help you. Seriously though, stop messing with the bike. lol

Oh this is a funny thread . But don't worry it'll be fine. Like everyone said download a manual, drain the oil, and buy the correct oil for starters. You can get some at any motorcycle shop. Don't try to research prices, they're not that much different in price. Just get the right in your bike!
