Why I missed COTA

8 weeks in 4 to go. One more week and pool, can not wait. Be a while before track again but as mentioned on WFO will need a little mental help from friends, fellow riders, and instructors. Will take a little inner strenghth and most is going to keep my mind during recovery.Think I should ask the doc?

Doctors LOVE it when you ask them if you can do something even more dangerous than what caused the original injury! Get well, you've got the right attitude to come back again!

I always wear my Yamaha Racing t shirt when I go for my office visits. I will show Audrey, his assistant the picture of Kris on my bike with his knee on the track and your video Myla. My friends daughter who I have known since she was born is an ortho PA and said he was screw happy. Therapy is going well but still can not feel thigh muscle. Will probably do extra PT after insurance is done.
