Cop is justified. That's assault with a deadly weapon.

So Quick Until Im Detained.

What a dummy.

Still, the cop kind of slammed on his brakes right in front of him. The cop KNEW the rider would hit him. That was the point, i'm sure.

Of course, if the rider would have had his wheels on the ground, maybe he could have used both brakes to stop and wouldnt have hit the cop. :: shrug ::

Kind of decent bike control up till that point though.

I couldn't tell the cop slammed on the brakes.

So it looks like he caused intentionally?

Yo that COP!

His car barely got touched.

But, you see how quickly he put his hands around that poor biker?

Think you need to take a closer look @ the vid..

cop has his flashers on before the rider gets close & the truck ahead is slowing along with the cop.

Short, rider was/is a fuktard, accident is all his fukup...

and at that point i'd prolly be tempted to have grabbed him too, not like any of the others pulled over...

The cop brake checked him. The assault is on the cop first. The dumb could have been killed. Im not siding with the biker but to call it assault is stupid IMO

Your blind... no brake checked involved. Grabbed the guy to take him down, didn't punch or kick him first.

Looked like he stopped quickly in front of the rider. I may have seen it wrong and I dont care to watch it again. Either way he didnt assault the cop by running into the car. Unless we are going to start calling accidents involving stupidity assaults

Yeah, the cop should've NOT slowed down to prevent the knucklehead from ending him. Instead, the cop should've kept going and rear ended the pick-up with knuckleheads riding in the bed. Yeah.
