Possible theft or peranoid?

So I'm at home and glance out the window and see a truck with a trailer right by bike! It's a silver dodge dually with two ramps in the bed and this really long trailer. I keep staring out the window just wondering what this guy is up to. He sits there for 15 mins and then maintenance comes by and parks by him to do some work on the complex then he leaves. Thought it was random but anyways watch your bikes
