Nuts crushed by downtown construction

I don't know about you, but I have been noticing lately that near all of downtown Houston is under some kind of construction. So im leaving work this morning (graveyard shift) riding down San Jacinto. I'm generally pretty aware of all the potholes, bumps and on the roads especially downtown. Im usually riding tip toes to the pegs and got the thigh muscles to prove it. Anyway, there must have been some work being done last night or something cuz i hit this bump that wasn't there yesterday, over by where they are building the new train tracks...SHIET!!! Smashed my nuts so hard, knocked the wind out of me. I had to pull over and walk it off. I couldn't breef!! Just got home and my naz are still soar. I guess what I'm trying to say here is that when you ride downtown, use a cup cuz you might end up castrated like me.

I ride thru it everyday on my Harley and I have to stand on forward mounted pegs. Try riding a rigid around and then come back and report. It sucks with shocks down there ! My front forks will bottom out sometimes down town, I tried breaking, slow speed, let off breaks and roll thru bumps. On certain bumps I gas and clutch before kinda jump stuff. I feel your pain.
