put yourself on the otherside of the situation:

you aproach an atm to withdraw some of your hard earned cash, you dont see a woman standing there using the atm nor does she see you, you scare the out of her when you approach, rather than runing away, she can legaly smoke your dumb .
people are way too stupid and quick to act prior to thinking for this responsibility.

Doesn't apply to public spaces. like ATMs. Its a castle law and only applies to your home, workplace or vehicle.

ok, I know lack of education is no excuse for ignorance, so I will explain:

multiple scenarios for narrow minded people.

you walk out of an exxon with a bag of candy, as you passing by a parked car you accidently drop your candy, bend over and pick it up, the asian lady behind the wheel is so scared when she sees you suddenly apear from below her window she smokes you.

hood explanation:

person at the movies is in their whip rolling a blunt, minding their own business, you ROLL(walk) up on him with your ho, you are an OG so you walk your ho to her side of the whip, to open the door for her, the blunt roller is so startled by seeing two people at his door(which your whip is parked right next to) he smokes you and your ho. So in retaliation your boys have to roll to his set and so forth. you get the point.

you obviusly didn't read the article close enough. the intruder has to be INSIDE the vehicle or home for it to justify the use deadly force. also for the "hood explanation" deadly force is only authorized if the person "under attack" is not in the process of doing anything illegal, so you can throw that one out the window as well.

please don't go on and on about someone else's ignorance when you haven't even studied it close enough.

yeah I read it, but my argument is that the use of deadly force should only be justified when yourself or somone you are trying to protect is in danger of death ot serious bodily injury, not scared, or startled, the current law forces people to have to actually think about their actions.

you mis-read the hood explanation, the blunt roller used deadly force, because he thought you and your ho were trying to attack him.
