CMRA regulations

Question for you cmra racers. I've been thinking about trying to get my racing lic., so I was looking at the rules and regulations. For superstock and superbike classes it doesn't say anything about engine mapping (i.e. power commander). So does this mean that it is not allowed in any class?

Yes Power Commanders are Super Stock Legal. It is also legal to run U4 or other race fuels in Super Stock.

Cool thanks, got another one. I see that in superstock they use DOT S rated tires, but don't they use slicks in superbike?

You can use slicks in SuperBike... nobody is going to make you use them though. The real deal is that if you are not putting yourself on the podium then nobody is going to care what you are running on your bike. The moment you start winning though, you better be legal.
