Have any of you used this lawyer??

John Henry Moon III,

i received a letter from him on saturday. he was offering his services in regards to a speeding ticket i got last week in Webster. i just called the number on the letter and he answered the call, his self. on his cell phone, no less. pretty personalized service. he was just sitting down to lunch but was still willing to take my call. i told him to call me back after he has eaten. so far i like what i see.

does any of you have first hand experience with him or maybe a friend has?

I thought lawyers werent allowed to directly solicit like that. Ambulance chaser laws and whatnot. Odd.

Finding an attorney that will answer direct calls is pretty cool, but youve gotta ask yourself, why is he able to asnwer direct calls? KnowwhatImean?

Sullo & sullo solicits like that.
Tons of them do. They go in public records n see who received a traffic ticket n reach out to them.

yesterday i had a 20 minute phone conversation with him and he was very straight forward with me, concerning what he could and could not do for me. having only gotten a single ticket, there wasn't much he could do for me, however he did sound like he could be very beneficial in a multiple ticket type scenario. his credentials are fairly impressive and if i ever get caught riding like i sometimes do, i may look him up. i will also give the fresnal guy a shout.

my ticket was for riding 78 in a 55 and to pay the fine would cost me $242. i will be taking defensive driving for a grand total of less than $150. this time!!
next time, i may not have that opportunity.

You're a punk. Think of all the money you saved on steering stem bearings over the past eleven months. That should easily pay for your ticket.

Thought anything over 15 mph past the limit is a disqualifier for dd?

In January I was written 4 tickets, I paid 2 different atty's, all 4 tickets scheduled for court on the same day and all 4 were dismissed.

If the ticketing officer does not show for court, it's dismissed automatically, no questions asked.

I paid a total of $150 to be represented by both atty's for a total of 4 tickets.

The judge (forget her name) was really witty, she told us stories of idiots in her court and also her staff were all pleasurable too, she allowed the use of cell phone texting, ipads, etc. unlike some court rooms where the staff are total dicks x 10.
