i have a scorpion, shoei rf1100 and hjc cl-16. out of all of them i feel like the rf1100 was just over priced because wearing my hjc i dont miss wearing the rf1100. So what im saying is, i think HJC makes some awesome friggin helmets

I'm buying the bike tomorrow, and will be dropping it off at Motorcycle unlimited to get its 5k done right away. The one problem with buying the HJC helmet there is that they do not have my size in stock. Means it'll probably be mid week before I get it.

Problem #2 is that I am a new rider, and definitely not ready for riding from their shop all the way down 1960 to 290 yet. Got to figure out how I'm going to get my bike from the shop to home. The guy I'm buying from is going to drop it off at the shop after I purchase it.

well, being as you are buying a bike, I will see if my wife is willing to ride it to your house for you.
on the serious side, if you do not know someone you trust to ride it for you, you can rent a uhaul bike trailer for not too much.
