Yeah Chase, I want him to learn to "race" on four wheels, then we'll see if he's got an interest in bikes. You won't recognize your old kart, full rebuild in progress otherwise I'd have been giving them today as well. First time on the 125 at MSRH and I'm less than a second off the lap record, hence the rebuild and new set up. Fast freakin' kart!!!! Gonna be a blast, but still not the same thrill as dragging body work with a knee down..............

Thanks for invite Buck...my boys had a blast.

You guys should have seen the smile on Buck's face, like a kid in a candy store...congrats Buck

Congrats to Tristan...the kid has ice running through his veins. I remember at one point tristan telling his dad, this is were I'll be standing at the end off the day, sure enough he came through :notworthy Tristan was calm and collected all day, I think I was more nervous than he was and I wasn't even racing.

Tristan was a trip. Once it was time to suit up he looked and acted like he was a pro out there and had already done this many times. And then he goes on to start the race, spin out, get it corrected and still come back to win the race. :notworthy

It was a fun time to watch him and all the big shifter karts racing. Thanks for telling me about it, Buck. And today was the first time I've had a chance to actually hang out and talk with your wife Amy. She's cool as too.

Now lets get your kart back together and go break that track record. I had no idea our times on it were so close to the lap record, and that was with very little front brakes, trashed tires, and bad shifting!
