Heres my though on this: Is the way hes riding stupid? yes but I see it as he is mainly putting his own life on the line. If he where to hit a car at those speeds it would just damage the car a little but the people inside should/might be ok. I also see it as should of could of would of situation, he did not wreck in the video so why are people posting about what could have happened, it didn't (In the particular video). As for the lega aspect theres no proof that it was him just his bike, maybe in Canada the see it like the same as if some one else runs a red light in you car you get the ticket not sure. And lets be honest who wants to watch a video on youtube of a rider being 100% safe, we like the fact that we can watch video of what it would be like to be complety stupid with out putting our own lives in danger. So that's why most of youtube is filled with "evidence" of peoples crimes/stupidity.

I will give props were due .. like I did to this dipstick in the video..but if you do something stupid .. and yes riding like that is stupid (but i was impressed) gonna call ya out on it. Its that way for most people .. we recognize talent\skill but will still all you a dumb for doing some .
