My opinion on the legality is a non issue, being Canada and all.

BUT, if this was the USA, I would be off at our legal system.

I have always been surprised what some people upload. There is a huge amount of wild videos on YouTube. I guess what I'm getting at is... Depending upon how extreme it is, it sucks thinking about the possibility that videos you upload being monitored for stuff they can come after you for... Not sure about most of y'all, I just doubt a lot of stuff GoPros are catching now are beginning to end 100% legal.

I understand this situation here... But what about a quick acceleration run or small whoolie on a back empty road?

If that is the same story from earlier this year he went on the run for about a month before he turned himself in. That's what got him in the real trouble.

I don't think he out anyone but himself in danger to be honest.. If you wanna split lanes go for it, just as dangerous as soccer mom in a mini van pullin out on you in the suburbs. He was a dumbass for admitting it, the only evidence they had was that the bike was a Yamaha

Don't show videos that show the speedo. That's kinda plain and simple if you are going to film something like that. We all know how fast a bike can go, no need to show it. But that lane splitting at those speeds leaves no room for error. There are enough youtube videos showing cars changing lanes and catching riders off guard.

Isn't this why you ONLY film videos like this in Mexico? lol

Seriously though. A cop has to witness a crime... Well video makes it possible to do this. I mean I'm not here to tell you how to live your life, but if I was doing a crack deal and it turned in to a shot out, I video taped it and put it on YouTube.... Yea... I'm admitting to a crime. Not as extreme as my example, but he's admitting and providing proof of his crime.

anyone know where to find the original youtube vid/username? or is Joe Blow the original uploaded? This is the only vid posted to their channel and I'd be interested in watching more of his stuff.
