Just get the Shoei GT-Air. Great helmet - love the flip down sun visor. Ventilates extremely well.

But then again, it all depends on how much you think your head is worth.

Its pretty slick really - there are microphones in each speaker rather than a single boom mic. Pair that with noise cancelling and signal processing tech and you end up with a very slick setup. Stick it in any helmet of your choice.

Not ALL of the BiLT branded gear is , (just most of it) but, when you consider that the typical BT setup for a helmet runs ~$175+ and they have one with pre-installed BT for under $100...well...something has to give to sell at that price.

Some very careful looking can get you a very high quality lid and the UClear setup for under $500. Considering that helmet will last 4-5 years and the BT setup is about the best available, that's a good investment in quality equipment.
