HID lamp out?

Anyone know how to test an HID lamp? The little gas filled bubble in the middle looks really cloudy. Not really sure if thats normal or not? Also does anyone locally sell them? Here's a pic.

Do you have a known good ballast to test it on?

Maybe test the resistance/ continuity if there's an open the. It's probably burnt out.

I would offer a test ballast but you're really far.

Well it turns out the lamp was good and the ballast was out. Got a new ballast and all is good.

Thanks for the response!
