a new rider on the road
I am the new owner of a 2006 Daytona 675, I have lived in Houston Area for 10years, waiting for a return to Europe to get started on a bike. I took my license 12 years ago in France.
After a couple of years in Texas I forgot all about this dream ... until now.
Since I may be here to stay, I may have to learn to enjoy riding in the South.
I am a family man now, and will be happy to participate in moderate duration outings or longer ones once in a blue moon, or anything family friendly.
I remember my dad talking of trips to Nürburgring for the 'elephants rally', in Germany.
Where are similar activities taking place in the US?
