Exclamation POWERSPORTS OF HOUSTON

Just wanted to let you guys know of another great shop here. The team and I bought a KX60 from there a couple of weeks ago. The owner, Eric, is a great guy and very knowledgable. He has a great service dept and lots of parts and accessories to see. He also has a great selection of pit bikes. I would highly recommend you guys stop by there and say hi to Eric, and check the place out.

It is located on Jones road, just south of 1960.

They have to get some things ironed out w/ the hydraulic drum, but yes, they have one. They use an FZ1 to operate it...

They (Eric) made a lot of changes when they moved from Eldridge to the new place on Jones Rd. Great new location, big showroom, lots of inventory, etc.

yes cool guys, once they charge 55 DOLARS to take the tire off the rim and the bearings and then Patrick (Motorcycles Unlimited) charged me 10 bucks to put the tire back in and balance. so mmmmm since then, i never went back there and i live a few blocks away.

I assume that is why it costed $55.00.

they dynoed my bike at the last Lone Star Rally and as it turned out it was running so lean it was off the chart. they told me what was wrong with it and didn't even charge me for the pull. thanks again POH.

Taking the bearings is really easy, i can do it myself the only reason why i asked them is because i was in a hurry that day. Did i mentioned patrick charged me 10 bucks to put the tire, balance and BEARINGS.

The funny part was that he said, well it took us 5 minutes to take the tire out and the bearings i will only chrage you 30 minutes of labor which s 55 lol. I mean is his busines and prices, my bad for not asking before, since then driving 20+ miles to Motorcycles Unlimited is worth it. Still glad he is doing good in his business.

Their tire change price was pretty high, 30-40 per wheel. But they put that up front, so you knew going in.

...well, let's just say I have paid more for tire changes...:eh: So I guess I know where I'm going from now on. 30-40 isn't bad to me.

Is that for the wheel on the bike or if you take them the wheel?
