Question VoloLights - Next Generation Motorcycle Brake Light?

Great idea.

"Motorcycles can be difficult to see. Rapid deceleration from engine braking might go unnoticed by the following driver possibly leading to a rear end collision. Find out how we are addressing this hazard. "

Would be better if it has an input to tie into the existing brake light circuit. Otherwise, this light sounds like it'll go out as soon as the bike is no longer decelerating.

Doesn't really need 3-axis accel, but I'm sure they just use the same type IC that is in every single smartphone and tablet. Probably cost 11 cents per chip these day. The economy of scale is a wonderful thing.

slight decel from engine braking... don't want lights.
Rapid decel from engine braking... I have my foot lightly on the rear brake to turn on the light.

Also, I know I saw that built into a modulator when I was looking at them.
