Where to buy or get a Time-Sert installed

Need to fix a stripped oil pan plug on a TTR125. Where can I buy or get it done?

I think Flyin' Duc on here has the kits for installing Time-serts or helicoils...one of the two? He might be a bit far for you though.

Basically any shop can do it. Do you need to know where to buy tires as well? What about oil?
