Honda MSX125

May be a repost, but this looks like fun and street legal (sounds a bit dangerous though). I read somewhere that they may bring it to the US for 2014. Wonder if you could run this in TMGP?

that would just be scary in Houston, unless you live a mile or two for work.

Wheelies, stoppies, and drifting... looks like a blast.

they are coming to the us.. talked to honda dealer today they will be here in august-september. msrp of $2999 available in black and red the first couple of months released then a white and yellow version is rumored to come out later. The usa version is know as the Honda Grom not the msx125 although they are the one and same thing. 12" wide tires, disc brakes front and rear, claimed 9.7 horsepower and 225 pounds, inverted forks, 1.45 gallon tank, 29.7 inch seat height. Honda dealers are taking deposits for these already, i need it!! oh ya its fuel injected and top speed reported to be just under 65mph with the stock four speed trany and gearing

I don't think it'd be any worse than some of the smaller scooters and it sounds/looks like a lot more fun than a scooter.

Ruckus is still an awesome little scoot, but it just accelerates too slow to get out on any busy roads.
It's hard to beat the comfy seat and twist and go fun on it, but it needs a bigger engine.
I'm thinking this thing with some dual sport tires will make a fun little neighborhood scoot, but still have enough to get out on the main roads if needed.

I gotta work on getting my SV sold first or I would be in line. My wife has set a limit on how many bikes I can have.

The aftermarket is going to be HUGE for this bike.
They just released them in Europe, so you know all the mfg's are scrambling to release new products.
