Need help please!!! 2007 r6 cylinder 1 and 2 not firing

Yesterday night i was riding at bout 100 riding pretty strong on the bike and then it bogged down and started running on 2 cylinders today i pulled the coils out and one had expanded idk what it could be i swapped coils around and still same thing i replaced the bad coil and still the same thing if anybody can please help me out or knows what i need to do to get me back on the road i would gladly appreciate it...

Yes its going patatoe patatoe lol and i pulled plugs there all good i checked all connections and its throwing a code 33 i looked it says missfire or something like that but i cant pin what it is its getting really aggravating

I would change all of the coils with oem, and not from eBay or a junk yard. Also check the wire harness everywhere for any damage.

If you swap the cylinder 1&2 coils with the 3&4 coils does the problem then move to cylinders 3 & 4?

When you say you replaced the bad coil, did you mean you just swapped it out with one that was working?

Me thinks it's just coils. Check the resistance on your coils.

If 3 & 4 are running and you swapped coils with 1 & 2 and nothing changed than it's probably not the coils. It could be the wiring for the coils. Look for damaged wiring, especially see if the loom got into the fan.
How do the plugs look? Are they similar to 3 & 4 or wet/dark?

Diagnostic Code: 30
Symptom: Open circuit is detected in the primary lead of the ignition coil (# 1, #4).
Probable cause of malfunction:
Open circuit in wiring harness.
Malfunction in ignition coil---Seems you've ruled this one out already
Malfunction in ECU.
Malfunction in a component of ignition cut-off circuit system.

I ruled first one out so now i need switch out ecu and check harness i think its harness though bc i had a old coil from a 03 in there and it stretched it doubled the size i guess it did it with the heat
