Level one racing exhaust

Anyone running it at the track on either street/track or strictly track
bikes? Pretty cheap and thinking about picking up a slip on just in case I lay it down. Dont want to destroy my Yoshi system.

had the non carbon slip on mounted on my 08 ZX 10 and it plus the PC3 and air filter were amazing. not that you could notice great power gains but it mellowed out the power range. made for a smooth steady power to RPM climb. the sound is a very deep loud throaty growl. you could hear me coming up behind you over your own bike. i may be off on the numbers also but i think i had the 260mm can rather than the 320 mm can and that also made for a nice clean tight appearance with very little to get hung up.

I had one on a 06 gsxr 1000 and it was one of the best sounding exhausts I've heard. Had people follow me multiple times to ask what kind it was because it sounds so mean. Cant go wrong with one. Only reason why I dont have one on my 07 1k is because it came with a taylor made

Thanks for the offer, but i'm out of town and won't be back for another year at least. It wish I could still could just meet up like that, but no one seems to ride at all here. Sucks, but at least I'm riding.

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. I know these pipes sound great but really the price is what caught my attention. I'm running a full yosh CF titanium TRS system right now and would probably have to remove it for awhile if i'm planning on taking it to the tack. It's going to be my first trip out so of course i'm a little apprehensive.

The other thing is wether or not I should get a PC3. I'm pretty sure I would have to re-map the system everytime I swap it around. Thoughts on this?

Horsepower I think isn't something I'm not too worried about right now. It's a litre bike + first trackday = disaster. I think once I get some time under my belt then i'll pick it up a bit. I do agree with you on the performance and would love to see dyno's of both pipes, but that opens the door up for which is better. I have heard 5-10 HP from many different people, but I like seeing the proof. I think for my midrange and higher gains I'll be looking for some velocity stacks if Factory Pro ever decides to ship some more. These backorders are killing me.

It was rather easy, I just brought my canister and midpipe to a muffler shop and they put the can on the spreader until it fit perfectly. They even welded on some new spring tabs for me free of charge

Thats actually pretty slick. Wheres this shop at? What full sytem are you running and do you see any significant change in performance with the mixture of pipes? I know I stated before the performance really isn't all that big of a deal just don't want some crazy exhaust issue on the track.

Full Yoshimura Ti exhaust, and you wanna get rid of it? I'd keep that on and keep riding it as is, don't see any reason to switch to something else, that full Ti Yoshi is better than the LOR.

I think any muffler shop that can spread a pipe as needed can do it

I know that it is and no would I ever swap out my setup. I just wanted something a little cheaper just in case I do lay it over. I"ll be newbing it up on the track so i'm just taking precaution.

I'm sure they could. I'm just wondering what kinda difference it made to the bike. Mapping issues, that sorta thing.
