:laughing6 - not really

First street bike was an 84 GPZ 1100 (bought used in 87):

What wuz your first bike?

I grew up on 3 wheelers though and a had a couple of minibikes. Learned to clutch on a Honda 250R three wheeler in the early 80s.

first bike is my current bike. except that it WAS a '86 gsxr 750, instead of the current 1100 engine in it. got it home, rode around on the side street and cul-de-sac for left & right leans and turns for about 45 minutes and then took off down hwy 3 for about a 1 mile cruise! i did great and have been ridin ever since-- when i get a chance.

mine was a little yamaha 80cc dual purpose bike, i was about 12 years old(many years ago) :BangHead: my dad had always said "only idiots ride motorcycles" finally one day i talked him into atleast going to look at them, after we did that, somehow i talked him into buying me one. about 2-3 weeks later after he saw how much fun i was having, he bought 2 more, one for himself and one for my mom(though she never much cared for it). i guess were all just a pack of idiots! :icon_bigg
