Dang,
I wish you came to eat with us!

Ok, here is the verdict...drumroll please......

I am officially stating for the record, iDazzle was correct all along. Asian crawfish are much better than the Cajun/Redkneck variety. I had my doubts going into the tasting but I must say that I reside firmly in the Asian Crawfish camp!
I do wish they were a tad less messy. Note to self, do not wear a 70.00 shirt to eat asian crawfish!

There is always a next time

Main difference is the additional seasoning, celery, butter, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic and a few others. They taste a lot better and less fishy.

When I get back from Hawaii Frank we will have to go! One of my best buds graduated from law school yesterday so I couldn't have missed that for the world.

Sounds like a plan man, we are usually there on weekdays for crawfish, the place is small so it gets packed on weekends but yesterday we had some reserved tables waiting for us.

U muuuuust try it. Ull think non-asian crawfish is a waste of time after that.
The way its cooked (seasoning) n the extra sauce on top after its cooked.
We dont just boil them in water..its orange juice, oranges, lemons, celery, onions, garlic cloves, tons of butter,
