Msrh safe for gear?

My friend is coming to ride msrh this weekend with me, and he was thinking of setting up on sat and coming back in the morning, cause he doesn't want to leave it all outside my apt all night. I figure it's safe...but?

Never had problem leaving stuff overnight at the Track. I would say it is lot safer than an aprtment complex.
