Camera is panned too far to the right so view was a bit deceiving. So went straight through interception? Do agree driver was wrong no matter.

+1 . It is amazing what you can see in a cage when you actually look over your shoulder. Looked like the bike was locked up with the car making an illegal left turn...

Hope you recover from this accident and get back on the horse....This video i would believe is a great evidence for your insurance and hopefully her insurance pays also for your medical bills...
Sad to say but it is a great video /proof that you have to try to anticipate every move of the cars around you because you definitely cannot expect them to drive the correct way...
Take care of yourself bike comes after.....

Injuries suck.....Heal up & be glad you get to learn from this one.

Even when a cager is in the wrong you're still going to end up loosing.

You're awareness of your surroundings was nowhere where it needed to be. That car didn't dart out in front of you, it was making a leisurely left turn & you still didn't see it coming or touch your brakes. If you can't pay attention motorcycles will eventually get you killed regardless of if you're at fault.

You seemed to be going a bit fast for that intersection, and not riding very defensively. Heal up learn from your mistakes and live to ride another day.

Glad you made it out without more serious injuries. Not trying to minimize yours, but that looked like one heck of an impact. Looks like the car had to be towed?

Ok I watched it a couple times full screen. I myself would have been going slower and watching that idiot waiting for them to try n kill me. When you come thru an intersection like that you need to go slow slower and be ready for a cage to pull out cause there gonna from time to time. Keep an exit route and poster up n be hovering over all your controls via brake GAS ect. Also the gas is your friend too, it has got me out of a spot were brakes would not have worked. Live and learn. Get well soon.
