My Weekend aka Wreck

This happened Sunday off 2920 and 45. I came out with only a broken leg and stitches in an ungodly place :

The whole reason it's caught on cam was because this lady is doing a documentary on a girl that went missing in spring 3 years ago. She just happend to be at the right place at the right time.

Sorry to see that but it looks like you gunned it and were immediately trying to pass before making the turn. i.e. you were both wrong and it was preventable with a more defensive riding posture.

We watching the same video??? Maybe my knowledge of the intersection makes it easier for me to see the cager was so in the wrong here. The little suv made a right out of the Exxon station on 2920 to go east then swung left to get into the left hand turn lane going back west on 2920. The area the bike ran off left into is a painted stripped median area. He was trying to avoid the car that was making a stupid move by turning right and then cutting back left. Not to mention the car was turning left from the right hand lane of a 2 lane road.
