As much as I like to ride with friends, I really enjoy taking long rides by myself and exploring back roads. That's why I chose the screen name I did. It's my escape, my one-on-one therapy. Then there's the times I do it for the adrenaline rush I get from charging curves with all that power. My name is lone_rider and I'm an addict!

for the ....well, back when I was 18 that's why I was riding. My old man had bikes throughout my childhood. I was hooked after my first AMA race weekend back in the mid 90's at Elkhart Lake.

My dad rode when i was and I just always had an interest in bikes. I love the feel of being up on one wheel knowing i could flip over and the acceleration a bike gives is unmatched by any car. Riding is my life, its how I get by day to day because I haven't had a car in 2 years and its been the motivation to get me through college. To sum it up: biker born, biker bred and when I die I'll be biker dead.

I mainly enjoy squishing the life out of my nuts, the sore back from riding long days, feeling of frozen hands in the winter, sweating profusely in the summer. These things you just cannot accomplish in a car!

In all seriousness one word that I probably cannot spell right the first time adrenaline!! GOT IT!! or did I???

I always was intrigued by motorcycles then at a young age a uncle explained the power to weight ratio and economical differences between bikes and cars. I was dead set on getting a bike since then. It also didnt help my stepdad had pics of when he used to race hodakas and elsinores in tt and motocross races back in the old days. When I turned 18 I bought one its been a way of life since I dont even have a car!

For the and bewbs. Even chicks think chick riders are hot.

My dad rode when Meaner and I were little, but after medical school he sold his bikes (three of them), and stopped riding until we were grown. He started riding cruisers again about ten years ago, Meaner's husband at the time rode sport bikes, so Meaner and I decided that it was time for us to learn. Before that, my dad had me convinced motorcycles would kill me. That was six years ago. I found out the first time on that little 250 that I LOVE it. For me it's the total freedom from reality; freedom from my phone, my kids, my hostage, my job... total freedom. It's my me time.

My favorite comic book as a kid ghost rider. As I got older I guess the whole motorcycle itch stuck with me. I finally decided why the not and been enjoying it thus far.
