Etrane does it.

Etrain (Kyle) did his first TMGP race this weekend and did well..
bought the bike saturday, raced it Sunday..
so first time on a new bike and first time on a new track...entered 8 races, placed in 6 of them...ok, it would have been 7 but somebody for got to fill the tank and he ran out of gas while running 2nd.

I really wish I started racing minis earlier. It's insane how quickly you can progress when you don't have the fear of crashing like on a big bike (I went down twice with not so much as a hot pit b/c of it). Trail braking, late braking, and passing all became as fun as I imagined they would be.

It was a great learning experience and all the fun of racing you could ever want. It's a very do-able form of racing.

Finally, thanks Obed for helping me through the entire process and Mr. Cooley for providing a great bike and the patience to answer my dumb questions.
