Nope, not that I have ever seen. But just dont try to pull tripple numbers on the pits. No public is allowed to walk pit lane.

I guess it is more of a common sense thing. If you dont have it you might be asked to leave the track for repeatedly acting a fool.

Yup. You cannot force others into your way of thinkig even if your way seems to be most logical and responsible way.

At the track, many things can happen. Sometimes accidentally, and sometimes due to someone else's negligence. Either way, some will man up and help with fixing. Others will run. You have to understand that it is reality and know that if something does happen, you may end up getting stuck fixing a whole bunch of stuff. So if you only have $20 bucks in your account after you get to the track and have counted to the nearest oz of gas to get you back home, you are not in position to be doing any track days.
Your worst case scenario should be your guide for doing things. Cannot afford? NP. Just dont ride until you can.

Seems not fair but it is the real world

Pretty sure he admitted to gassing it (to catch a buddy) while coming off the track, not paying attention to people stopping, and then not braking fast enough (or tucking it) and hitting people. That's multiple ways wrong.

This has all been discussed

Edit: I'm having the first beer of the weekend now. Sweet f'ing weekend
