This situation can happen either on the street or at the track, but the latest incident happened at the track so i just wanted to hear different opinions on this topic.
I talked to the rider about what happend afterwards. I did not play dumb, He told me his rearset was messed up. That is all, then I had a different rider come up to me later and tell me his fairings had scratches on them too. Dave Ride Smart owner came over and talked to us as well. Its between me and that rider.

If it was oil, so be it.
If Ride Smart let him continue, Ride Smart did not feel he was being an . I was not there and all i have to go on is hear say, opinions...i do not know enough to have a legitimate opinion.

Maybe me bringing up the fact that you've never done a track day so I dont understand how youre a track expert all the sudden? You stated this morning that you are NOT interested in track days. Why are you posting a thread about track days now? Your goal fo this thread, posts is pretty obvious, keep it up it wont get to me though. I'll take any advice I can from the L3 guys or instructors any day.

Yes there was oil on my tires, I already stated that I admitted it was my fault at the track because I didnt understand why my bike started sliding like that and i was extremely embarassed by me crashing in the pit lane. I looked over some videos, there was a guy whose oil filter fell off in front of me right before I exited the track. I went to my garage to look at the bike, and my front tire had oil on it. Oil had to be on the tire before the crash, you can see where the road rash over laps the oil. Oil came first, bike slid (rash occured on tires from sliding) and yeah.
This thread is not about track days...... what the title says: it's about being responsible of your own actions.

What I want to know:

How does someone get away with calling people "gay boy" and I get ban warned and my posts removed for talking truth to an inexperienced rider who threatened a friend and was talking to me?

In all seriousness- I'm worried this post might get me in trouble too

Edit: Who're the mods? I need to make friends

If he is a cmra racer, he knows who to call and ask.

It is kind of about track days, it is about what happens under special circumstances and what your responsibilities are under those circumstances...
the people who are responsible for making decisions about actions in this case would be Ride Smart, it was their trackday, if they did not kick him out for his actions, they must have felt them reasonable... if they felt them reasonable, who am i to go against the decision of the folks in charge who were actually there? If there was an oil spill and his tire was affected, it is just a track day thing, the kind of thing that you take a risk can happen when you go.

Thread title should have been "do you think umayr is a douch and do you think he is responsible for paying?"

well this is the same guy that blamed the wind for his last accident on the street, so after that it was the wall's fault and now the oil in his tires...... during the wind incident 8-9 other riders were riding with him on the same road under the same wind condition, only he went down Now going into pit lane where he admitted to go faster than he should in order to catch up to his buddies up front...... if we rode at the recommended speed could he had avoided this mysterious oil?
