Accidents on the track are going to happen. To some extent that's part of the game. However, if you caused the accident by being a douchenozzle, then yeah, you should pay up.
and that is the same way i feel

Take a vote - if the general consensus is you're a douche, then you're probably a douche.

that douche blamed the wall first and then blamed it on oil in his tires for the accident, as far as i know he doesnt believe it was his fault at all.

i agree, if both were in a racing situation and bumped into each other i consider this a expected outcome of racing, but causing accidents due to your own negligence is a whole different scenario, one in which most people at fault would man up and offer to pay for damages caused by his actions down pit lane.

exactly my point then he went on and tried to blame it on the slow and boring pace of level 1 for causing him to get distracted and hit the wall.

So what is really the issue here. This was already determined in the thread?

Are you trying to help a friend get compensation? Are you just trying to keep calling Umayr out?

Or just enjoying the drama? I don't get it.

I dont try to come off as a douche, Im really nice to the people that are nice to me off the forums. But if you consistently humilate me in every other thread you post in, making threads/post about me and continue to harass me. I will come out and say stuff to you. Maybe me bringing up the fact that you've never done a track day so I dont understand how youre a track expert all the sudden? You stated this morning that you are NOT interested in track days. Why are you posting a thread about track days now? Your goal fo this thread, posts is pretty obvious, keep it up it wont get to me though. I'll take any advice I can from the L3 guys or instructors any day.

Yes there was oil on my tires, I already stated that I admitted it was my fault at the track because I didnt understand why my bike started sliding like that and i was extremely embarassed by me crashing in the pit lane. I looked over some videos, there was a guy whose oil filter fell off in front of me right before I exited the track. I went to my garage to look at the bike, and my front tire had oil on it. Oil had to be on the tire before the crash, you can see where the road rash over laps the oil. Oil came first, bike slid (rash occured on tires from sliding) and yeah.

fck him man....don't even respond to this guy....most of us have already seen his true colors. As deep as his pockets are and as concerned as he is....I don't see why he isn't helping to fix the guys bike.

Umarylankayan formerly known as Umayr, we deserve a response. Oh just see you did. But for someone who doesn't try you certainly do.

i wasnt referring to college people's wallet, i was more referring to their maturity level, over 21 you are legally an adult, and if you choose to do adult things you should also consider the consequences and be responsible of your own actions as part of being an adult. And no, he did not hit my bike, if he did he will be paying for sure, we Chinese people have our own collection agencies

This thread was suggested by a cmra racer that cannot post on here, i am merely helping him post this and see what the general consensus is on this topic that was not mentioned on the original thread.
