Oh yeah! I've been riding for years, then my girlfriend got a Ninja 250 and I learned a load on it, which all transferred and made me a better rider on my big bike. I tease her sometimes about her bike, but I think I have more fun on hers than mine. Shhh! Don't tell her I said that.

By the way, what year is your 250? Just curious, cause I like the color scheme too.

Welcome, dont be embarrased to ask questions.

I rode a ninja 250 hard for a year and i off 600's when i passem in coners and on takeoffs..

If i still lived in houston, I'd teach you every tip and trick there is to know on the ninjette

If you think a ninjer250 cant hold its own, your mistaken. It took from I10/610 to 1960/290 to hit 130:laughing6

I was already riding the bigger bike when she got the 250 so I can't say what it's like if you have only ridden the 250. But I guess I had only ridden dirtbikes up to a 250 until I started street riding on a 600 and I had no problems. As far as cornering though, I gained my most valuable experience on the 250 Ninja. Obviously every bike is different, but for the most part the movements are the same, just with more heft to push around and things come up a lot quicker :icon_bigg
