Need experienced riders course near League City.

Hey all, not really sure where to post this but I tried calling today and several places were closed. Work is saying I need to retake a course every 5 years so I am out of date. Looking for a exp riders course somewhere near League City/ Galveston, but I would make the drive if the date was close. Thanks, all.

Awesome cycles offers one but they are north of houston (Kuykendalh and I45).

Out of curiosity, and you don't have to answer, what do you do that requires an ERC every 5 years?

Thanks, they keep coming up in threads so they must be really good instructors, but I tried to call them twice and no answer. Thats a far ride, but I am looking to get it done ASAP. Diesel is expensive... I have top do it because I am military and the Commandant made new regulations for motorcycle riders.

Thanks, I checked their site, but the greyhound course looks like the begginer only and the next advanced is May 17th. I know its high hopes, but I really want to get in sooner.

Yes it is this Saturday. My uncle is one of the two instructors for it and I may stop by also to bring over some giveaways for the students. It will be at the LaMarque location at Gulf Greyhound Park. The other instructor there is the most experienced instructor in all of Texas. He was mine over 25 years ago.

Call again to see if you can get in or at least take a spot if someone doesn't show. I just finished a class yesterday and had two people never show.

I don't think he is on base. Most bases if you have your MSF Sportbike course your good for 3 years. Never heard of 5 years though.
