What I did not like about the COTA event

from customer perspective, is there anything you did not like about the COTA event? What was it that made no sense to you, or what was it that you would like to see improved for next time?

Saw some people who were of not so positive view and wanted to see if others has similar experiences.

I really don't know how there could be a lot of negative...

Beer was cold, they took cards and they were on schedule.

I thought it went pretty well. Me and the kid were in line to get autographs and we got Rossi's line. Some crazy fans kept jumping lines to get in ours but security was on top of it. Even when they moved while the guard was busy, when he turned around and saw them in the wrong line, he got PD involved and made them leave. Prices were a little ridiculous for drinks but expected. Maybe having vendors bring more memorabilia for riders like Rossi and Lorenzo.

It was great! Very friendly people...agree that beer was cold! Got asked quite a bit if I had "green" lol other than I am now a lobster, no complaints! Hubs and I are now making it our spring vaca! Oh wait, my only complaint is the cheap hotel we had to book! I literally watched them change bed sheets and put back on same comforters! Came home and took a Silkwood shower

they could have turned the heaters on friday!, more vender material for the other riders, besides porenzo and valencia. to bring a top notch venue to this part of the country was no small feat. beautiful track, great smiling workers, i couldnt complain about the prices, your gonna pay for this kinda class act. definately will buy vip next year.

Traffic out was horse . They had monkeys directing cars that had no clue of traffic control. Also the idiots of Austin should have the lights timed by now.

I thought it's a fantastic facility that I'm glad is so close to Houston. Overall a great experience. The only challenge I encountered was with traffic leaving CoTA. As Pachuco mentioned, the people directing traffic appeared to have no clue. This is easily correctable and I'm sure will get fixed.

On Friday, our lil yellow bus shuttle driver admitted to us he was up on tabs, snow, pot, and drunk and making ice and beer runs in between picking peeps up! Haha! It was obvious but he drove just fine! Couldn't understand a word he said tho other than he had been up for 3 days and the he was on!

Gear check in was not well organized. They need a larger tent so they can have everything sorted more efficiently. When room was getting scarce, bags started getting placed on the ground covering the whole tent area. So the check-in workers/volunteers? had to step over all the bags to look for peoples stuff. Obviously it went faster as more stuff was removed from there, but the first 30 or so people took FOREVER. I'm sure next year will be a bit better overall.
