My bike was left running on its side for a extended period of time. The arir filter/ compartment is flooded with oil. Bike allllmost starts but won't fully kick over. Am going to try spraying some ether, what else?

Pull the air filter and clean/replace it and clean the air box.
They're both probably full of oil.

just out of curiosity why was your bike running on its side for a "extended period of time"

How long has it been sitting like that, just try tomorrow.

Okay....so upon further thought, I might haves left out some vital information. The bike was hotwired so im hotwiring it to start it. Im thinking this might not fire the plugs if Im not doing it right.

If it was running on its side for an hour, motor is probably toast. If its not totally screwed it atleast needs to be completely torn down and checked.

There's an oil drain for the airbox on the left side. Just remove the cap and it'll drain the airbox. I assume you replaced your oil. It's possible it's contaminated with fuel from it bein on it's side. If it was running on its side for like an hour, engine might be toast from no oil getting to moving parts.

You could leave the throttle held open overnight to let the fuel air out. To know if you are getting spark, pull the plug out and place the threads on the frame somewhere away from fuel and "start" the bike. Spark is good no spark means something is wrong.

A motor needs spark fuel and air.
