Riders thinking/acting like they're racers after COTA

Looking at all the bikes here in Austin for the races got me thinking. I know y'all have seen the way people drive after leaving the movies after watching fast and the furious and such. All the curves around here in Austin, do you think riders will be acting like that? I know its messed up to think it but all i can foresee is some guy thinking he can ride like Rossi and finding a ditch real quick. Ride safe guys.

i would think that most every guy at the races already has the "i'm ricky racer" mentality which is why he is there in the first place.

Or just the love of the sport I wish I was Ricky racer, but I'm too slow and crash to much.

Speaking of crashing, seen a guy tuck the front in turn 1 in moto 3 qualifying. He hopped back on and kept right on truckin. I think he did it so fast no one even had time to pass him. Why can't my spills be like that

I was a bit but reasonably. There are some fun roads on the way to our cabin. Did you see marquez in turn 19 didn't hop right back on but was back on the track in 10 min

One place that worries me is lime creek road this weekend. would not even dream of riding it right now with the influx of wanna be Rossis.

I can ride that road practically blindfolded, its my backyard, and know plenty of locals that can ride it as easy as walking. I am afraid there will be out of towners trying to keep up with the regulars.

Last people to die on that road were from houston so be careful if you decide to ride it. I have scraped up many a rider from that road, including myself.

Specialty race tires, techs, the latest mods, but they earned it.
