the car was tring to pass the other car the bike was going 95ish when car trun on it blinker and went off the road going 113 so i think if he was looking at the car and not down the road he could of got on the brakes good post

Are you sure that wasn't Kph... and when you see the bike go around the car, there is plenty of space between the car and the next car ahead... i highly doubt he was trying to pass... looks like it was done on purpose to me... what ..

to me, it looked like they both went for the pass at the same time... everyone of you have been on the road, about to change lanes, when someone beats you to it or you both try at the same time...just a chance we take when we pass cars!
