Is this a good deal (buying a bike)

http://houston.craigslist.org/mcy/3746612278.html
I have met the guy in person and he seems cool, we talked and basically heres the deal. THe bike has 32,000 miles(seems like alot for a bike) i know they can hit more but still. Bike been dropped and slide down his drive way causing the left side fairings to be all scratched up. He wants 4 grand for the bike as he is moving and has all the maintance records at a Yamaha dealership. Bike had a tune up and i talked to the guy the supposedly did that at the dealership. I rode the bike around a parking lot and when you revved it up and let of there seemed to be a rattle/buzz, the guy told me it was the ignition just loose and could have it tighten down. Just want to know if this is an ok deal or should i keep looking. I just dont want to get screwed with a P.O.S
Need to know tonight

Horrible deal. Don't pay more than 4000 for anything older than an 07. 5k if its a liter bike.
