2012 zx6r brake light issue

well my break light aren't coming on when i press the front and rear break but the tail light is on.

PLEASE HELP

Any insight? Did this happen out of no where? You check the sensor thingies (technical term, that make the connection to illuminate the brake light) to make sure they are properly engaging? Have you done anything to wiring or installed anything recently?

I can't recall, are these the LED or bulb? Been so long since I had mine installed. And did you check fuses?

yes, i put a aftermarket levers and light is always on [i know its kinda dumb lol] but im gonna check the sensor and i will go from there and they are the LED's. thanks for the info

The aftermarket levers are allowing the light to stay on all of the time. It's an issue on some brands. What brand lever do you have?

thanks again for the help guys, PAT, your right its the levers that making the light stayed on i had a [speedmetal] that the wife bought from cycle gear. its the little sensor on the back of the lever and it wasnt pushing it back the way it suppose too. thanks again for the help
