I will be coming through Houston probably on Apr.25th & 26th and was thinking of visiting the family.

Have any of you visited the family on your bikes? Are they ok with that or is it a sensitive subject? I would appreciate your thoughts on the matter since Mark was one of your members and you may know his family.

Please email me at: fkeller56@gmail.com

Thanks.

Hey frank, Mark was one of my closest friends and also I live right next door to the Gomilla's. They've been having big family get together since Saturdays funeral so I'm sure they'll appreciate the support. His dad didn't really prefer Mark having a motorcycle so maybe not talking too much about your own bike would be ideal. But again other than that they're a very friendly family and would love your support.

Hey Jim! I'm interested in your group 2 noob pace but the meet up is at buccees and 290 and I was wondering if it would make sense (route wise) to meet with you guys or if I should just go straight to the event. I live in the sw side in sugar land. Will you be riding some turns or are you planning more of a straight forward route to the event? Either way I plan on being there anyway, just trying to find the most fun way to get there I guess.

Thanks for your suggestion!

Jimmy I'm in! Group 1.

Also. How would you guys feel about atop ping by at the scene of the accident and paying our respects. If you don't want to do it as a whole. Will someone show me where it is, so I can go personally pay my respect to him?

He crashed heading North in the first turn just North of the bridge. If you stop I'd park on the inside of the turn heading South.

Maybe after the benefit.. My rout consists of roads North of 290 and then heading to the benefit via telge rd to 290 to beltway 8 feeder (don't have toll tags) .. If u have toll tags, u can take the belt way off 290 ..

I got some kick tight corners

It all depends on who all show up...

My primary focus here is safety of novice riders. I will ensure they have a good leader and sweeper. If they are taken care of, I will lead group 1, or I will help with group 2. Currently i plan on Chris_5.0 leading the group 2.

This is not a spirited paced ride...just taking it easy to enjoy the morning cool breeze...CHILL THE OUT.....
