Id agree with my BORC brothers.. umayr is now that time to bring it down a notch, evaluate the phase you're in, and find that focus you so desperately seem to need

You may also need to pay a little more cash and take personal instruction from a more experienced rider maybe an X racer to give you some detailed feedback about your riding, I did it in the past, and it helped me. Because pretty soon people may not want to ride with you, or could care less about riding with you.

And Again, Im just the messenger nothing personal.

Imo you shouldnt be worried about speed either at the track or riding the streets, riding supposed to be fun and speed usually comes with enough seat time and experience. I think your personality might be in the way for you to actually learn something and picking up speed gradually instead of outriding your own skills.

Truth is you will only start to learn and become faster when you admit to your errors and stop finding excuses to cover your lack of skills. First was the wind which some will buy but most of us do not buy it, we have ridden on the same roads under same conditions and nobody went down due to windy conditions. Now with this incident at the track to which you are blaming on level one for your loss of interest and failure to pay attention to where you were going. While you dont see a pattern of your behavior after an incident most of us do and it is always going to be something or someone that caused you to wreck, but truth is motorcycles dont ride themselves, whoever is on the bike is the only person controlling the bike or out of control. I agree with conerjunkie about staying in level 1 until you have learned to look at riding from another perspective so that you are not a danger to yourself or others sharing the same road or track with you.

Bingo..... Which is even worst, the track is risky enough but due to your awesome riding skill, not even people at the pit lane are safe anymore.

Odd way to handle pit in. Why have the riders come all the way down to where the next group is prepping to leave? Seems like you are asking for a bottleneck to occur (IF that is where it happened). With the northernmost gate open, you exit the track and after a brief roll in, hang a left. No one would be in the area stopped waiting to get access and you reduce risks.

I dropped by on Sunday was wondering about this. Might as well ask here.

And for me, Im speaking from my experience, I was exactly the same way, i had nicknames and people didnt want to ride with me not because I caused an accident its the possibility of causing one. I knew I had a fixation problem when cornering. there was no one to blame for running off the road mid corner, but in my head, I believed I could do it. NO ONE came to my rescue to tell me my errors, I KNOW WHAT THEY WERE and wanted to correct them immediately, if thats going to the track or paying a more advanced rider for help, and 9 outta 10 will help you for FREE Just cause they want to help you.

So sleep on it, and hope you make the decision for a healthy riding future.
