Whatever happened, I doubt it was something that two reasonable individuals couldn't have worked things out. Things like this escalates rarely because one side is being an while the other side tries hard to work things out. They were both at each other's throat (literally!) and don't want to back down. Killing the guy is a sure way of stopping the loud pipes and lawn trampling. Far from the ONLY way.

Ok, early morning cutting across neighbor's yard on a loud bike with a knife is the victim. You win

Cops are investigating by the way, but you might want to call Quanell just to be safe

In between bikes

man gets stabbed, chokes stabber to death...I call it even.

IMO, would have been better handled to bring in a two four case to the rider house for a nice beer talk and raise this up one day. Spend 20 bucks for him and I am sure he would have consented. If not, THEN choke him (skip the stabbing)...or better yet, choke him after he is drunk on your beer. Clean and neat end to problem.

I didn't believe in Darwinism until I read this.

Even if its myonly ride I can't see riding across a guys lawn. I've come home or left early in the mornings but kept out of the throttle until I at least got on a surface street. I play and teach sax and its a LOUD mid range instrument whose sound carries through walls instead of bouncing off them. Rules are not before 10am and never ever after 10pm and my neighbors actually like to hearing us play.
