wad riding through neighbors lawn seems to be the main issue.

Then said wad escalates it when off homeowner comes outside.

Well thats the home owners story. Maybe he started choking the rider first then the rider stabbed him in defense to try and save his own life. Seems a bit more realistic that way, why would he only stab him once if he had the jump on him? Seems to me if I got stabbed I wouldnt try to get any closer to the guy with the knife and let him do it again.

FB buddy knows the dead rider. He told me this on FB:he wasnt a big guy and just came off working nights. he had 2 tats down both his forearms. wrathe on one arm. vengence on the other
