Dumb cop is checking intersections well after he is half way thru them. Not too bright and he is wearing a short sleeve shirt. Dumb dumb stuff from law enforcement there.

yeah, I noticed that as well....

Guy needs to go on a few noob rides first.

I was impressed that he could outrun the other officers while wearing riding boots

On a side note...never understood why you would run from the moto cop if you're a felon....just wait till he's behind you and hit the brakes.

I'll bet his eyes can swivel in his head and he has peripheral vision with that helmet

It's the first time I could understand the impulse, though.

Not sure how many pursuits you've been in but he did great. Just because you're head isn't turned doesn't mean you can't see that the intersection isn't clear while you're approaching it from 100 yards.

Police motorcycle qualification course is a mother *&^%$er. I guarantee you, this guy can ride. He didn't need to bust the intersections, and he knew it. He had plenty of straightaway speed to keep the in his sights without risking losing it on any street gravel in the turns, or without risking getting broadsided.

I think... His little head shakes at the intersections are for him to show he's following policy, stopping and checking both ways before proceeding, since he knew he was filming and it would be reviewed.
