Bluewave helped me a lot the first time I went. Went from barely launching to actually getting comfortable with launching at high rpms. But then again I have traction control to keep me from going over a few inches off the ground. =D

my first time out on my r6 i ran a low to mid 11... i know i trapped over 120. gotta find that slip. I had no clue what i was doing.

launched at 8k, let the clutch out a little a too fast, pulled the front up with my feet dragging and i stayed in it with my rear end slipping all over the place (no burn out w/ about 33 psi in the rear). clutched in for 2nd, which put the front wheel down, then wot and clutchless up shifting the rest of the way down. That was enough for me that night at lonestar.

im 5'8 and was 135 at the time. 03 r6. yes, its fi.

That is what I'm warning the OP about. 11.0 at 126 was a good pass for my heavy on my 05 600
