Best Boot with no external skeleton

From what i can see the boot that offers the best protection with no external skeleton to hang up on the bike is the Alpine Stars Supertech R.
Any other ones out there with no external skeleton that offer good protection that you know of?

if you don't mind the inner bootie, then go for it. the super tech R is a really good track boot.

my supertech r boots came in today... and wow what a difference....
the fit and feel is great... they are much more flexible than the smx plus were and much more comfortable to wear... right out of the box they felt better than my smx plus do which i have worn for a year and a half...they are actually easier to get on and off...all the flex protection is built into the inner bootie and the outer boot is smooth with nothing to get caught on the bike....a bit more expensive, but all the same if not better protection and without the concerns of getting anything hung up on the bike...they are more comfortable to walk around in as well... look forward to getting to ride in them this weekend.
