Opinions on the Kawasaki Z1000

There's one of these here at work and I like it more and more every time I see it. I think it's by far the best looking naked sportbike.

Personally i like the generation before alot better. Dont know all the specs, but its a cool bike, and has a strong following. Its definately different. I dont think youll see many of those as PP1 or 2:icon_bigg :icon_bigg

How much are the new speed triples going to run? What's better about them?

I have always liked them, but I kinda think they look like the back end got chopped off.

Ok the 675 speed triple will not be the same as the regular Speed Triple.
675 speed triple will be the Daytona 675 NAKED! And maybe a few minor adjustments but in a nutshell it will be the same engine, quick and nimble.

The regular speed triple is an evil mother of all things nasty. The new ones have a 1050 engine and a very short wheelbase with disgusting amounts of torque.

Somebody I know just bought one and in his description comparing his triple to my daytona was this:

"if you look at the Daytona 650 it says 'HELLO, HOW YA DOING' and when you look at the triple it says 'FUC( OFF!'

This pretty much nails the descriptions in my opinion!

I'm too much of a d-d-d-dummy to post them up. I can forward them to you through e-mail or send them to your cell phone?? They are cell phone pics, but they look pretty clear. PM me an address or number.

actually the 07's are based on the far superior zx-10r engine. LOTS of possibilities there....
