Help with starting....01 R6

First of all, the bike has not been started since the beginning of Decemeber (yea i know dumb) and yesterday i went to try to start it and i charged the battery and all but all it did was crank up and the motor would not start up. Everything would light up but as soon as i pressed the start button, all it would do was crank.

Perhaps it's the carburetor?

I would change out the gas and clean the carbs. Check for spark by putting a plug close to your frame.....not your finger lol.....
This normally happens if you dont prep your bike before it sits, especialy if its cold.
