like everyone else said, upgrade the rider. all sportbikes on the road today have way more power than you can handle, even the most experienced riders are in over their head at times. there's really no need to add anymore hp, get your suspension setup and call it a day. be safe and have fun.

The easiest and most cost effective way to make your bike go faster is to ride downhill with the wind at your back.
The 2nd best way would be to trade it in on a gsxr 1k

Just around,
make sure that all the basics are right before rushing to mod. Plugs, wires, air filter, clean FI, etc

How long have you been riding? Have you taken the MSF class? Are you trying to gain power for drag racing or road racing?

Man, you have a great bike. That was my first sportbike. I had a full Arrow exhaust and power commander and the sucker was fast and it would wheelie great(with the clutch). I miss that bike because my wife would ride on it. The back seat is so much more confortable than my k5 1000.
